Any reputable association, business, civic organization, corporation, estate, individual or partnership is eligible for membership in the Chamber.  All members pay reasonable annual dues and are allowed voting rights set up in the by-laws.  The Chamber is governed by a board of 15 Directors elected from the membership by the membership, and 5 Ex-Officios from the community leadership.
